Henrik brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of strategy, technology, and sustainability. As CEO of Futuritas, he advises organisations on navigating technological disruption, AI governance, and geopolitical risk — drawing on a rare combination of hands-on consulting and world-class research credentials.
His track record spans senior roles at KPMG Pure Sustainability (EU regulation, Green Deal, AI governance), Proba Samfunnsanalyse (economic analysis and policy advisory), and Østfold University College. With a background in economics and strategy, Henrik also authored Spill spillet — a book on game theory and strategic thinking.
At the University of Oslo, he leads the Technology and Sustainable Futures research group, bridging academic rigour with practical foresight. His research applies science fiction analysis and scenario methods to real-world technology strategy — published in Technovation, Nature Human Behaviour, Nature Machine Intelligence, and Communications of the ACM.
